Buyer Beware!!

SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND POSSIBLY YOUR LIFE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I paid $800.00 for sunroof repair on my car. They spent 4+ hours working on it while I was inside my house. When I came out they were finishing up and had to hurry so that the owner could pick his kid up from daycare. They showed me that the roof opened and closed and left in a hurry. He assured me they stand behind their work, I would get an electronic receipt and warranty for 1 year. That was all false. I never received any of it. I started looking at the car an realized there were several pieces of plastic that were broken and several metal washer looking things on the floor. My husband came home and pointed out a piece of roof insulation in the trash can. The next day I drove my car and it was loud and air was clearly leaking through the roof. I looked in the sunroof and was able to hand tighten several screws. As I was investigating I realized that the whole ceiling was misaligned and hanging down in the back window. I called the company and he said he would come out on Friday. He never showed. I texted and called several times with no answer. Finally called with my husbands cell and he took my call. We set up another day, he never showed again. We then set up another day and he told me I had to call him the day before to remind him to show up????? SO, I took time out of my day to call the irresponsible business owner to remind him to show up, only to be told he was busy they next day and couldn't come. This went on for 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!!! He never fixed my roof, never came and refused to let me bring the car to him. I figured out the broken plastic was part of my clothes hooks from the back and they are $25 each to replace. I just took the car to a headliner company and had the roof realigned. He had to replace some of the insulation and fix what they stuffed back in there incorrectly. In addition to that one of my side impact airbags was damaged and had to be repaired. All of this cost me another $650. I was completely ripped off and fortunately I have saved all of the text messages and voice mails between us. I also recorded 2 phone calls. I am now taking him to small claims court to get my money back.

Power window world Raul review

the first time repair went well. He gave me 1 year warranty. It is not true. Second time the window broke, he told me that he is coming and fix for free. Just pay for the replacement switch. He did not say it would be another $150. What he told at the first repair was that I pay for the switch. After paying $300 and window broke again a week later, I called him several times. Not picking up the phone from my number. He didn't answer the phone. When he did finally, he hanged up on me soon after he recognized who I was. Paid $150 for the initial repair, another $150 for the second time. the window was working only a month. Not professional to handle the matter. 1 year warranty is a lie. what he said he would do is a lie.

Power Window World - Car Window Repair Review from Pompano Beach, Florida

I call power window to fix my car window I spoke to Raul he told me parts and labor will cost me $120 and he will give me 2 years warranty once the work is done. He came to my house work on my car window once he finished he told me he couldn't bring the window all the way up because I need to pay an additional $50 to replace the track which is a window regulator he said he will come back to place it for me at no cost. Raul lied to me he took my $120 did not get the job done. I called him several times he did not answer the phone very unreliable. Anyone, reading this review don't do business with this guy you will be sorry stay away.

Window repair failure

Worst repair ever! This is my second time to get a repair with power window world of pembroke pines. What a difference between visits. The first time had excellent service. this time window broke agian on 1st day. Repeated calls no answer. When he answers, hangs up.When he says he will come, I sdit there all day wiating, does not come to repair. Denies responsibilty for his actions. No wonder they only take cash. Very rude. Does not keep "warranty" given. Save your money, hire a professional, not this scammer. Don't bother with this ripoff artist, he clearly is just out to get your money, and will leave you in the lurch.
